Note: The office will remain open for lunch unless only one employee is on duty.
The front door of the building is always unlocked for easy access to the AED machine and the restrooms located in the hallway.
Important Notices
- New vehicle registrations will not be processed after 4:00 PM on weekdays, or after 12:30 PM on Fridays.
- Notary Public services are available for a $5 fee.

Corrine joined our team in 2006 as Secretary to the Appeals Board. She has since held various positions, including Deputy Town Clerk and Tax Collector, before becoming our Town Manager in May 2022. She became a Certified Clerk of Maine in May 2018.

Attention Nashville Plantation Residents!
As of October 15, 2015, Portage Lake has taken over all clerk and tax collection duties for Nashville Plantation. This includes vehicle registrations, dog registrations, IF&W licensing, as well as tax billing and payments. If you are registering your vehicle for the first time, please remember to bring your current yellow registration.
